The Tailor made Affirmations

Each time one has experienced negative opinion about herself/himself negative emotions has been created, which if not transferred into positive form, not only preserves stress in the physical body but also stays in subconscious mind and influence daily emotions which cause the way person behaves.
More over subconscious mind absorbs also all other believes including those negative, which are sown by environment the person stays in. The seeds are collected by the mind consequently and they build structure of one’s believes.
The best way to change these believes is to find them, identify source of them – particular situation which has caused them, emerge associated emotions and transform them by planting new believes using powerful energy of infinite and divine love which is available for each of us.
We may equally use affirmations without identifying source of negative believes to overwrite them but this requires much stronger self-discipline and what is most important we do not learn anything apart of discipline. It is strongly recommended to understand our lessons, since this provides foundation for soul growth.
Still using affirmation is very valuable especially as tool used after main job related to trauma identification has been completed or almost completed. There is nothing wrong however to use affirmations parallelly with process of trauma searching and healing.

How?
First we shall meet (in real or by video/audio tools) to let me know You better and learn your case. Then I will have time to meditate about it. Finally, being in relaxed state I will record three audio files with specific music background as follows:

• first person singular (I talk affirmations like You would do and You may just listen to them only or also repeat them),
• second person singular (I list affirmations like “You are …”, “You have achieved …”, “Thank You that You have managed to …”, etc.),
• third person singular (then I talk “She is …”, “Look! How smart he has changed his life”, “She has managed to build such a great relation with her partner, she must be smart and very good person”, etc.)
