– invite yourself to the session, by dedicating firm date and time.
– arrange that You are alone and no one will be able to disturb.
– have:

• head phones,
  tissues,
  blindfold for sleeping,
  comfortable chair or bed,
  and over 1 hour of time.

You do not have to have 100% wish to forgive. It is enough if You have the wish to try.
