Betrayed? Beaten? Having trauma narcissistic from person? Bad parents? Raped? Boss tormentor?

Leaving continuously without forgiving creates the same conditions as being stressed long term.  High level of cortisol, no wish to do anything, willing to revenge.

One of my friends told me that when two people pull a rope there is tension between them through the line. Whenever one person drop the rope, tension disappears. Forgiving is like releasing the rope.

I have created forgiveness and self-forgiveness one of fundaments of my life. The strength of my family, love of my wife and power of my son is based on it. I cannot and do not want to imagine it could be different. This made my life fulfilled. All the rest of what I planned to achieve is just extra fuel for my ego.

I am so happy when I see how others get their life transformed thanks to following same seasoned forgiveness patterns.
