The 30 days Forgiveness Mentoring Program

Non-forgiving creates same conditions in your body as long term stress. It increases permanently level of cortisol which may lead to chronic diseases. That’s why the forgiveness is not only required from the spiritual and human perspective but it supports your body allowing them to live longer.

The scope of the program:
1. Video or audio meeting or email correspondence (up to you to decide) to learn each other to let me understand your case.
2. Time for me to meditate your case and prepare strategy.
3. You will be given set of tasks to follow up.
4. Audio session “7 steps” (about 1 hour) of guided meditation leading to forgiveness towards particular person.
5. Based on result of above, follow up in form of additional tolls like forgiveness letters.
6. You will be provided with affirmations suited to your case.

All the process is going to take 30 days.
