The scope of the product:
– Recording of guided meditation of forgiveness:

• starting with soft introduction to put You in state in which You get every time before falling into sleep,
• guided meditation in which I will guide You most of the time but there will be time for You to repeat important message for your subconscious mind,

– The method is based on:

• expressing your trauma in silence or laud, getting it out,
• letting yourself to accuse the person You decided to forgive and then,
• by connecting with your higher self imposing the forgiveness into your subconscious mind in a tricky way.

There are 4 more steps in the mean time which makes all process 7 but let them be disclosed in action.

So if there is anybody who You need to forgive please:
– invite yourself to the session, by dedicating firm date and time.
– arrange that You are alone and no one will be able to disturb.
– have:

• head phones,
• tissues,
• blindfold for sleeping,
• comfortable chair or bed,
• and 1,5 hour of time.

It would be very good if You could have day off on the next day: for reflection, longer sleeping, contact with nature, walk, meditation.
